We're In-Network With Some Insurance
Insurance carriers require clinicians to provide a mental health diagnosis which will permanently remain on your health records. We know that all individuals do not need a diagnosis to address life challenges.
At this time, OFC is not currently able to accept TriCare, Medicaid, or Medicare. We would be considered an out of network service provider and only able to accept self-pay clients at this time for consumers with these insurances. Once we begin accepting your insurance, you will be informed.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part, though we can not guarantee this. Upon request, we will provide you with a superbill of services received for you to submit to your insurance provider to receive direct reimbursement. We recommend that you contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services before scheduling services.
Questions to ask your insurance provider
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
